  • BLegal (RAKEZ, UAE) — Founder & General Manager, advising on virtual-asset licensing, token issuance, regulatory perimeter assessments and strategic commercial contracts across VARA, ADGM, DIFC, CMA and CBUAE frameworks (2023–present).
  • Affresco (Paris) — Co-Founder & Legal Advisor of a fintech start-up focused on cryptocurrency derivatives; regulatory strategy under MiFID II (2019–2022).
  • State Street Global Advisors (Paris) — Head of EMEA Funds Distribution (Legal); built and led the funds-distribution legal team, overseeing compliance across 30+ jurisdictions (2014–2018).
  • Janus Capital International (London) — EMEA Legal Counsel; investment-fund set-up, commercial contracts, fund prospectuses (2012–2014).
