BLegal is led by Erica Badocco, Founder & Principal — a financial services, fintech and digital-assets lawyer with more than twenty years of experience across traditional finance and fintech, dual-qualified in England & Wales and Italy and licensed as a legal consultant in the UAE. The firm works alongside a network of trusted financial, technology and legal partners in the UAE, the UK and Europe, so every engagement draws on exactly the expertise it needs.
As a fully-fledged legal consultancy, BLegal holds a dedicated legal consultancy licence — Badocco and Lemieux Legal Consultants FZ-LLC, Trade Licence 47010713, RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
